CASH OUT / REFINANCE BORROWERS

Banks and other traditional lending institutions are typically not active nor aggressively closing loans that allow borrowers to have access to the equity in their property. A cash-out loan from Ceasons Holdings does allow the property owner to have access to their property’s equity. The capital from a cash-out loan can be used to consolidate other debt, renovate a property, or buyout a partner.

  • 12 - 18 month term
  • Up to 65% Loan to Value for Refinance
  • Up to 50% Loan to Value for Cash Out

WILL YOU QUALIFY?

Our Cashout/Refinance loans are suitable when:

  1. Borrower has a very small lien on an investment property or owns the property free and clear, and desires some capital for other pursuits.
  2. Borrower bought a property with all cash and converted it to a rental property. He then obtained one of our cash-out loans to free up capital for another project.
  3. Borrower used a cash out loan from Ceasons Holdings to buyout a partner and maintain 100% control of the project and profits.


We do NOT lend on primary residences. We are a true Hard Money lender and the majority of our lending decision is based on the property, not your credit and financials.
